Description of Bug: Blind characters cannot hear thumping outside of their visual 3x3 square. Although characters have a chance to not detect thumping, it seemed to consistently not pick up if the thumping was outside of the character's visual range.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Play as a character with blindness.
2.  Learn thumping and attempt to detect thumping from others.
3.  Character cannot hear thumping outside of their visual radius.

Error message (if applicable): N/A

Fixed that Blind characters were able to notice Thumping at all. As mentioned by Faithil, Thumping isn't morse code and requires you to be able to see the person's movements to interpret what they're trying to say. They can still give messages in Thumping, but not receive them.
