I'm still working on the new character editor; there are quite a few QOL improvements to make in order for it to be ready for GMs to use. A lot of parts of the old editor assumed you knew what you were doing and allowed you to cause minor issues if you did them wrong. The new editor will be quite a bit better about holding your hand, so that it'll be friendlier to the people with no game development background whatsoever and no knowledge of the game's backend that we bring on as GMs. Once the user-facing QOL stuff is complete, the next step will be to hook the editor up to the server so that it can edit things on logged-in characters. There's some other stuff I want to do (being able to edit items inside zones comes to mind, as well as making characters from the website, both of which would be useful for GMs), but I might put it off until after the return for the sake of actually checking things off that are listed on the roadmap.
