Description of Bug: I deleted my ladder somehow...
Reproduction Steps:
- Lock burrow, approach ladder.
- Erase it with the eraser tool.
- Now it's gone.

Reproduction Steps:
Additionally, post-restart, as a result of this bug, my burrow hatch has inexplicably moved one tile up. Upon unlocking it, it also seems to be completely devoid of all the items I had.
Explicable: I had to rebuild the burrow file to restore the ladder and guessed what tile I remembered it being on. I also gave it the wrong name, so it didn't load the items in.
