Description:

Dropping a silver ring with a cracked opal, and a silver ring with a normal opal (empowered) consistently causes item ghosting on the floor and inventory.

Reproduction steps:

1. Get rings

2. Drop rings

3. Wear rings

4. Repeat

Note:

There's at least one time where this didn't happen, but it has happened far more than not.
