I've consistently noticed that certain foods will only allow you to drop one of the item, with the rest not being droppable until a relog. I've primarily observed this with foods that require the use of the partition pan. This may be due to the fact that only the first item from the stack will give the "create recipe" prompt, which is also the item that is consistently dropped first when attempting to drop the stack.
