Description of Bug: After adding conduits to a cairn, the conduits appeared to be removed from my inventory correctly. However, upon using the crafting menu, I appeared to still be able to craft with conduits equal to the amount added to the cairn. 

It seemed they were supposedly still in my inventory despite no longer visible. Crafting with the "ghost" conduits still counted towards the craft requirement, and would successfully create the item despite not actually having conduits.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Craft a cairn.
2.  Craft conduits for the cairn.
3.  Apply the conduits to the cairn.
4.  Go to crafting menu.
5.  Attempt to craft an item that requires a conduit, despite having no conduits show in inventory.
6.  Item is successfully crafted despite lack of conduits.
