Description of Bug: After the most recent game restart, the 'wear' option doesn't show up on right click for Sessha's cloak.

It's possible the cloak is actually broken, but it has persisted in Sessha's inventory through two relogs.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Have cloak in inventory
2.  Right click on it
3.
