Description of Bug: I'm not sure if this applies for other liquids, as I tested with vials of water. When a vial is poured into a cup outside of the inventory, nothing happens to both the cup and the vial and the "You pour the Vial of Water into your Cup" message displays. The vial is now stuck in the inventory until relog (which will make it disappear). While in this state, the vial is still able to fill other containers without limit... I was able to fill up a tub instantly with one of the bugged vials.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Pour a vial of water into a cup on the ground
2.  Nothing happens
3.  Vial is now bugged
