Mentored another one of my characters in Scrounging, so I got to see both sides. Character mentoring knew the other's true name. (Refering to the character being mentored as X for the sake of simplicity)

The prompt showed up for X, and showed the mentor's true name as if they had shared it. I cannot seem to recreate the senario, but I saw the name change.
