This seems to happen to every stackable item. Steps to reproduce :
- Get at least two items.
- Right-click.
- Select "scrap".
- Confirm.
- Void eats two of those items and laughs at your pitiful attempts to self-regulate your hoard.

Fixed. This was a purely visual bug, if you closed and reopened your inventory the items would return.
