Dying lamps charges them.

1. Create lamp
2. Use dye (in this case, and the test I did to make sure it was a consistant bug it was sky blue dye)
3. Place down and see the lamp which was just created glows!

A charged crystal was not used, and both lamps were just made and did not have a charge.
