Description of Bug: Hitting escape in response to a teleport/summon request removes the message and makes it impossible to response, in this time the summoner cannot cast teleport/summon again until the length timer expires on it's own (If it does, both cases were resolved by logout)

Reproduction Steps:

1. Case Teleport/Summon on target

2. Target presses escape

3. The prompt disappears instead of minimizing as normal

The prompt collapse happens when you click away from the prompt. It disappears completely if you hit Escape, which is the cause of the bug.
