This character has the trait Deaf, and when I go to speak in character, I get stuck and am unable to move, speak, or do anything it seems. I log out and it fixes the problem, until I go to speak again. I tried while inside a burrow as well, and was near enough to the ladder to leave, which also seemed to rid this effect. I tried it with out-of-character as well as the description type thing, it only seems to happen when speaking.
