Description of Bug: Attempting to place a pen into an inkwell while there is already a pen present seems to consume the pen. It is no longer in the inventory, and retrieving the pen from the inkwell after attempting this only produces one pen, effectively deleting the second pen. Relogging does not recover the lost pen, either.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Have an inkwell placed
   
2.  Have a pen already in the inkwell
   
3.  Attempt to place a second pen in the inkwell
4.  No prompt about inkwell already having a pen, instead consumes the second pen
   

Error message (if applicable): N/A

Extra notes, just in case:

• Inkwell was "almost full" in this particular scenario.
• Inkwell was locked
• It was a silver inkwell

Just in case, for some reason, one of these is a contributing factor to this bug
