Description of Bug: overriding the hotkey assigned for any language (like common) with another action (like sleep) will cause the hover text to display "Speak" in front of the actual action
Reproduction Steps:
- assign "Common" to a key on the hotbar
- assign "Sleep" to the same key "Common" is already assigned to
- hover over the sleep action and witness "Speak Sleep"
