Description of Bug: Illiterate applies it's effect (1 level learned per gain) to mentoring, despite the fact it should only apply to books. This makes mentoring on a character that has illiterate take 22.5 real hours per skill to reach level 15. This means if your character has no books available for novice in any of their skills and no trained marketable skills to make enough money to buy a book to break out of novice, it will take you 15 hours to reach apprentice(level 10).
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Be illiterate.
2.  Be mentored in a skill you should be gaining 2-3 level per mentorship.
3.  Only gain 1 level.
