Description of Bug: This is a response to my previous thread, but it's locked now so I can't post there. Having just tested again, it is true that I do receive Overquenched from drinks when I already have Quenched Thirst. However, I think the first bug (if it is a bug) may have been misinterpreted, as I just tested and am still experiencing it.
To clarify, when I consume a brewed drink at 99 hunger, I receive the Overfull buff, and then receive Satiated Hunger when it's over. When I consume the same drink at 100 hunger, I instead skip straight to Satiated Hunger. It's my impression that I can't consume any food at all while I'm at 100 hunger, so this issue only applies to drinks. If that is how this is intended to work, I apologize for posting again; however, I think your response didn't imply that this was the case, so I wanted to bring this to your attention again just in case.

Reproduction Steps:
- Get your hunger to 100 through consuming other food.
- Drink a drink which would ordinarily give Overfull if consumed at slightly lower hunger value
- Receive only Satiated Hunger
