Description of Bug: A gray mage cast Swift Strike on my character. Upon a successful cast, I received the buff, but was also given Time Strain, even though my character is not a mage.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Have a gray mage cast Swift Strike on you.
2.  Check Effects list.
3.  Time Strain is on the effects list, despite being the recipient and not the caster.

Error message (if applicable): N/A

Fixed. Time Strain does not do anything on non-gray mages.
