Edit: you can make multiple styles of bows but the larger icon (not the one you click to select the bow style) will not change.

Having a wood armorer and attempting to bring up and select another bow skin will not select it. If it is possible or supposed to be possible to make ironwood bows, I cannot select them either.

I'm not sure how to put screenshots up here and it seems fairly reproducible.
