Description of Bug: While foraging, if I try to pick an herb immediately after resting, the herb won't be picked up, and the "Nothing" message will appear even though the node is clearly visible and sparkling. Sometimes, this will even use up the node, and it'll fade out/disappear even though my character wasn't able to pick anything from it. 

This happens more consistently when practicing active herbalism uses up my character's remaining mind.

Reproduction Steps:

1.  Use passive herbalism while walking around.
2.  When an herb node appears, exit passive herbalism and rest for a few seconds. 
3.  Exit rest and immediately try to gather the herb while standing over the node.
