Description of Bug: When scrounging, successful scrounges return nothing, and nothing enters the inventory. When scrounging fails, the "Nothing" message appears as expected. For successful scrounges, it does not seem that even Mind is reduced.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Find a location.
2.  Attempt to scrounge.
3.  Note that you will sometimes have nothing happen.
