Description of Bug: Mindlink thoughts semi-visible to non-linked. Azalev, who was not linked, could see the typing progress of two mindlinked characters.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Character capable of mindlink will link two characters.
2.  One character starts typing their thoughts. 
3.  The thinking bubble is visible to Azalev, who is not linked with either.  (They do not see the content of the the thought message.)
