Description of Bug: Performing actions with the burrow menu (B) in a locked burrow causes the game to break when you leave. Fixes itself upon relog and places you outside. 
Reproduction Steps:

  1.  Enter a locked burrow, or lock a burrow from the inside 
  2.  Place a burrow tile (dirt or countertop), or delete a tile with the eraser (digging with spacebar only triggers the bug inconsistently, it seems)
  3.  Leave the burrow
