Description of Bug: Psychic tether creates two blue icons that cannot be tugged. 
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Blue magic access
2.  Select Psychic tether 
3.  Select two different target critters (self as one)
4. Two blue icons that cannot be interacted with appear in the corner
