Description of Bug: I can point at a scrounge or herb spot, generating text for me confirming that there is scrounge at that spot. However, while other players see me pointing, they only see the map tile underneath. This happened many times over the course of a scrounge trip with other players (as well as more casually previously); it also happened twice with herb spots. Someone else also later pointed an herb spot to me; while I was able to pick up herbs from there and reveal them with active herbalism, I didn't see anything before using my active skill.
Reproduction Steps:

1.  Find some scrounge while with a different player
2.  Point at it, receiving flavor text confirming that it's a scrounge node
3.  They see you pointing at a tile and get flavor text as though you pointed to the tile underneath
