This could be a "coin stamps are slow to load because of a bug" or just never load. Currently smithing as of writing this and sat on it for ~2 minutes. They didn't load at all. This might also be the case with wax stamps or something similar?

Step 1: Try to make a coin stamp with all the required resources

Step 2: See the menu to select a symbol open up and see a wheel start to spin, you can still exit out of this just fine

Step 3: Wait a couple of minutes and see that nothing's changed

Extra Info: ping was relatively low (hovering at around 160 for me right now, and it was slightly lower earlier)
