right clicking doesn't open a menu if you're "Tipsy" I'm not sure if this is a feature or a bug

How to reproduce

1-Drink alcohol

2-Wait to get the "Tipsy" effect

3- Right click

This should not show the menu that let's you choose between multiple objects in the same tile, or multiple interactions with a specific item (like prep. tables, door, etc)
