Description of Bug: Overfull effect obtained from drinks does not transition to Satiated Hunger afterward.
Overquenched effect obtained from drinks does not immediately transition to Satiated Thirst, but the effect shows up after a relog
Reproduction Steps:
- Eat and drink stuff until you're nearly full
- Drink something that isn't water
- Wait until overfull/overquenched go away
