To all critters who appreciate minerals, searching for them in the hills and admiring them by fire crystal and sunlight!

A society is where two or more critters assemble in mutual cause. We will form a Mineral Society to increase our shared appreciation for the minerals of Farwoods. The first meeting is today, June 10 at the Golden Hour (8pm Eastern / 7pm Central / 6pm Mountain / 5pm Pacific.) Come join us in the green clearing north of Tulley Pass for rocks, metals and gems; food, dance and merrymaking; and whatever wonders the forest brings.

New members are welcome. To join as a member, bring a favorite mineral to dedicate to the group. Don't offer more than you can afford! The Society is for critters at every stage of mineral appreciation, from the smallest pebble to the largest prismatic quartz and beyond. We will use the minerals so dedicated in pursuit of our shared aims, the first of which is: organizing mentorship and providing books for all who wish to pursue the honorable profession of miners! This aim is foundational to the Society and ensures greater availability of minerals for all to enjoy.
