I'm having an inconsistent time with the Deliver spell. I've seen the failure message, and had the occurrence where you send it out and it doesn't arrive, that's not the issue. What I'm running into now is that sometimes I try to cast, and either get no feedback message, or am told I don't have enough mind points to cast (when I do), and thereafter the item is un-interactable. Sometimes on relog it has vanished, but at least once on relog it was back in my inventory as usual and could be Delivered normally still.

I'm not sending very far, though I am using a fragment. I don't know if that's the issue, though, because again I'm not getting a failure message.
