Unfortunately, paired with my previous report that artificing jewelry is not functional, the process for both setting gems into jewelry and empowering said jewelry is broken.

Bug Details: Using the Empower spell on jewelry is not functional. Although the spell can be selected from the hotbar or hotkeys, clicking the jewelry in your inventory does nothing. There is no sort of feedback upon doing so, not even a fizzle.

Reproduction Steps:

1.  Have jewelry with gemstone ready to be empowered.
2.  Have appropriate charged red crystal for empowering.
3.  Cast Empower on jewelry in inventory.
4.  Nothing happens.
