Bug Details: Assuming that the method for pairing gemstones to a jewelry setting has not changed, clicking and dragging a gem onto a piece of jewelry does not offer the prompt to use artificing. The jewelry piece doesn't get highlighted, and attempting to click and drag despite the lack of highlight does nothing.

This was tested with a standard quality gemstone and a golden amulet. It's possible the function still works with rings, so if I'm able to test, I will update this bug report.
