Description of Bug: Newly-brewed cups of ink are not full for the purpose of writing anything. The cups come out 'used' and can be used to write only about two lines of text. They cannot be used to write skill books at all.

I talked to two different forest crafters who brewed ink. One didn't specifically tell me their issue, just that their cups were no longer coming out full once they were brewed. The other forest crafter was someone I commissioned; they made a full pot of ink, and the first cup of ink out of the pot came out full, but the other three cups were near empty. I only tested writing with the second forest crafter's cups.

It does seem in general that most of my 'used' cups of ink, regardless of source (getting ink from a barrel also makes a 'used' cup), only write two lines.

Pouring a (presumably bugged) 'used' cup into an inkwell empties the cup and does not change the ink level in the description, but the ink quantity will be consistent with the bug. (You'll be able to write a line or two with the empty inkwell and then be unable to write any more)

Existing full cups of ink, and existing partially-used cups of ink inside inkwells, can be used to write larger quantities.
Reproduction Steps:

  1.  Have forest crafting skill
  2.  Brew ink on a pot
  3. Pick it up with cups
  4.  Some of it comes out 'used'. It doesn't count as a cup of ink in the crafting menu for writing a book.
  5. Try to write with 'used' ink
  6. The cup will be empty after about two lines of writing.

I have found that after pouring a cup of ink directly from the pot of ink, the cup is described as full to the brim. When trying to place a stack of ink cups onto a counter, the floor, into a bag or drop off box, only one will transfer, and then any more will not transfer even if I select drop amount again. After relogging I can then transfer another single cup.
After the transfer from inventory to a bag, the cups will not stack, take up individual slots, and the look description says they have been used. However, taking them out of the bag allows them to stack onto cups that were full and had not yet done any transfer. The description of this stack read as full to the brim.
