Description of Bug: Since Windwhisper started, dusk has been happening in the middle of the day. I have observed it happening twice.

For the two days I've been online during Windwhisper, we get about half an hour of daytime after dawn, then the time turns to dusk. After dusk, it becomes day again without night or dawn. This second day lasts slightly longer than the first, ending around when I think dusk is supposed to end, and transitioning directly to night. (Edit: we just got a second dusk in the same day, so I was mistaken about the direct transition to night; however, I still think having dusk in the middle of the day is strange)

Of course I don't know what the intended winter night cycle is supposed to look like, but I expect the periods of time are still intended to occur in the sequence night -> dawn -> day -> dusk -> night, even if the lengths of each period differ from autumn/summer. (We are instead getting something like night -> dawn -> day -> dusk -> day -> dusk -> night)

I did ask other players about it vaguely but most of them don't pay as much attention to day lengths; all OOC discussions I had did confirm that the time they were currently seeing matched the time I was currently seeing, which makes sense because I doubt I'm getting personalized day periods reported on the website lol
Reproduction Steps:

  1.  Be online at dawn
  2.  Observe the time of day on the website as it progresses

This is a really weird observation to make, but in general, if I'm outside during daytime, the game will tend to have a 'normal' day cycle (night -> dawn -> day -> dusk -> night). However, if I'm indoors, the day cycle can change in unpredictable ways (most commonly following the night -> dawn -> day -> dusk -> day -> dusk -> night cycle that I mentioned in this bug report initially; however, I've experienced a long dusk that lasts over an hour a few times).

I strongly doubt the day night cycle is linked to Sessha the character, but I've experienced this type of behavior a few times, so I'm wondering if maybe there's something checking whether any player at all is outdoors to observe the time of day change. I am more likely to be indoors in daytime when there's inclement weather, so I suspect other players are also mostly indoors during these times.

(Alternatively, maybe the game detects obscured lighting from weather conditions as dusk, though I don't remember it doing this in autumn)
