Description of Bug:

Open Chat Box When Accepting Summon Prevents Talking. That is to say, if you're talking, and accept a teleport, then you will be unable to send your message and unable to close the chat box until you relog.

Reproduction Steps:

1.  Start talking (tested) or emoting (probable).
2.  Have someone teleport you to another location.
3.  Do not submit the message.
4. Accept the summons.
5. You will be unable to submit your chatter.
