I try to learn from a crystal magic book, and it tells me I need to use the skill 3 more times. I channel a crystal, charge it up, and it still tells me I need to use it 3 more times. I attempt to channel another crystal to a different color, it fails. Now I only need to use it 2 more times. I successfully channel the new color and charge it, still need to use it 2 more times.

It was working normally just earlier, no idea what changed. Problem persisted through relog and restart.
