Attempted to craft stone arrowheads, did not get item. Relog. No item. Got more stone and tried to craft more arrowheads, no item. For some reason, while writing this I checked and...??? Looks like it gave me my stone back and some mythical arrowheads that have no typing? Also attempting to craft other stone items (in this case an axe head) requests a "short stone rod", which as far as I know, does not exist and is just code from Smithing.
