Fixed. Sway is supposed to be immediately dispelled if you harm the person you cast it on, but it's considered a malicious spell for the purposes of spell resistance and White Magic dispelling, and having a malicious effect on you counts as being continually attacked by that person for the purposes of e.g. Nonviolent being able to attack them. Therefore, the act of being Swayed was counting as attacking someone, thereby dispelling the Sway because you attacked them.
