It seems like if you charge into a different map area and run into the a  tile it will cause your character to be stuck charging.  I may be mistaken but the only way I was able to unstuck my character was be logging out and back in.  It is a repeatable bug. Tested it a few times on the same spot with the same results each time.  The issue did not seem to happen if you run into the same tile from within that map section. Encountered this running west from magdelenes shop along the river. Screenshot- IMGUR
