I'm not sure about poor vision, but at least for Fen the bug isn't fixed.

Steps of reproduction: 

- Have a blind or maybe poor vision character?

- Have someone talk IC nearby but out of your vision

- Proceed to not hear them

Also, quick little other things I've noticed:

- Books aren't effected at all by blindness but you can't read anything? I could sorta get if it was signs but I'm just assuming for books they're just RIGHT up in your face

- Your vision doesn't change colours in darkness/burrows/with light sources, but it's not really a huge deal you just can't tell if it's night

Neither of these are really important, just minor oddities
