Description of Bug: Rheumatic character seems to be taking damage randomly when not moving, seemingly in sudden bursts.
Reproduction Steps:

  1.  Have Rheumatic.
  2.  Be standing still or resting. (Presumably after moving a bit.)
  3.  Keep track of HP.
  4.  After awhile, HP will randomly tick down for a short period of time before stopping.
  5.  HP regens.
  6.  Even if the character has not moved, HP will tick down again after a period of time, then stop again.
  7.  Process repeats.

Error message (if applicable): N/A

If this is just part of Rheumatic's functions, it's workable. But when mentioning it in OOC chat, other players implied that this sounded bugged and wasn't typically part of how Rheumatic works. Seems to slowly drain about 4-6 HP before the random HP drain stops.

Are you by any chance pressing the Shift key when this happens?

Part of the solution to spamming Shift to sprint on Rheumatic being exploitable was to make it so that when you start sprinting, you take damage, rather than after you have been sprinting for a while. Unfortunately this means that you can also take damage from, e.g., bulk-moving stuff in containers since it uses the same key. I would guess that that's what's happening here. It isn't really a bug, but it is unintended and undesirable, so I'll leave this open until I figure out a better way to handle it.

I am not holding shift (or any keys to my knowledge) when this seems to happen. It mostly happened randomly when I was just sitting.

The only possible thought is that, for some reason, it happens when I'm typing and the game assumes that me holding shift when typing = movement? I haven't tested this yet, though. Just a potential thought.

No, it's specifically disabled while a dialogue box is open.

After some testing, I have found that pressing shift does seem to be causing damage, even when not moving, as you stated previously. This does include having to use the shift key to use certain text boxes, such as "?" for thought and "(" for OOC. I unfortunately knocked out Sebastian when he was at 1 HP when trying to use ":" for an action. I can also spam-press shift to knock my character out which, while funny, could definitely lead to some issues.

Hopefully a solution can be found soon!
