Heyhey.

I'm just going to say that I'm halting basically all activity on Fennai and will be distancing myself from the game.

It's not an easy decision. I love the community, I've had a fun time with many critters here, and formed several friendships.

However, I can't agree with the evolutions of mechanics. I feel like the grind distracts from a lot of the ability to roleplay and to enjoy other aspects of the game, and it only seems to be increasing.

There are also several more sensitive reasons, on which I will not be elaborating further, either in the public discord, or in DMs.  When I feel bad about many things in this game, it is simply not healthy to continue playing, and I'd rather invest my time focusing on other games and hobbies.

Out of respect to players that have decided to get involved with Fennai and the shrine, you may still DM me for refunds on orders, deliveries of items I have finished and are still lying in storage, and for door/key management, locking of items within the shrine for critters that live there or items that are wanted to be placed there. Shrine maintenance etc will be maintained by the character Lacosa going forwards.

These interactions will purely be OOC as in character, Fennai will have left for a pilgrimage to distant deserts in order to be closer to Dharasi. This is merely a manner to cease Fennai's activities gracefully without needlessly disrupting the activities of characters involved with Fennai. I'll be making a forum post with the same information for when players do not wish to disclose character ownership. (You may reply here to tie up any loose ends)

You may still catch rare glimpses of me on another character but generally, I won't be playing anymore.
