I mostly available on the weekends. My time zone (AEDT/AEST) is pretty wacky so mon-fri I'm only available fairly late EST. 

4am to maybe 8am EST on weekdays (pretty dire), and 7pm-7am EST elsewhere. Thursdays sounds Ok :-)
