I spent some time to fix a bunch of bugs with the dialogue system and emotes and stress-test it a bit, and implemented some more disease logic. We'll be returning with a variety of airborne, parasite, and water/foodborne ailments to test the system out: colds, razorthroat, redlung, ringrash, fleas, ticks, swampsick, runnyguts, and phantasmis. Everything but the last three are done. These inflictions vary in severity, rarity, symptoms, and transmission method. Some can have very serious consequences! All of them will be treatable with various different herbs and the Cure spell. This system will likely be subject to a lot of flux as I observe and tweak balance, so be aware of that in advance. I want diseases to be occasionally present and enriching to the narrative, but not stifling, oppressive, or distracting; the first time a fighter gets laid out with swampsick or razorthroat before a big fight is funny, as are colds and phantasmis epidemics occasionally rippling through the population, but I don't want them to be something you're *consistently* dealing with, especially if people are bathing reasonably often. They will probably start out more common than they should be, and I'll tweak it as we go along.
