I found a bug where if you select disguise, it will allow you to pick a disguise like normal, but then the skill becomes unusable until you log out and back in.

I'm not sure how much of an additional bug it is, but if you have the disguise selector open you can pick up an item in your inventory and it will stick to the cursor for a bit. I think it's just a visual bug.
