Description of Bug: Spell anchors will stack even if they have different attunement labels.
Reproduction Steps:
- Attune to a spell anchor in your inventory and label it.
- Pick up another spell anchor.
- Attune it with a different label.
- See that the second anchor stacks with the first despite having different labels
