Description: Holding an empty barrel in your inventory and click dragging it onto a full cask (of orange dye in my case) seemed to remove both items. 

Steps:

1. Have an empty barrel in your inventory, and a full cask unsealed and locked down

2. Drag the empty barrel onto the full cask

3. Both items immediately disappear.
