Description of Bug: The raccoon insomniac starter class cannot complete the intro tutorial as they cannot sleep when instructed to.
Reproduction Steps:
- Create a character with the insomniac raccoon prebuild
- Progress through the tutorial
- The "Exhausted" quest step requires sleeping until rested which is not possible with the insomniac trait
