Description:

During a lagspike, when climbing successfully and going unconscious from health dropping to 0 from a failed attempt at the same time, the camera continuously pans forward in the direction of the climb. Might only happen when climbing with WASD. Seems to require a logout to fix.

Reproduction steps:

1. Climb continuously while at low health

2. Fail and die

3. Lag

Note: This has happened twice to me, though I haven't intentionally reproduced the bug, because it's hard to predict when lag happens. This is pretty much my best guess.
