Description of Bug: I don't know whether I'm misremembering the old mechanics again, but using the papercraft skill on another character doesn't seem to bring up the dialogue box for selecting a skill to write a book
Reproduction Steps:
- Have book, pen, and full cup of ink in inventory
- Click papercraft skill on action bar
- Click character who is next to you
- Nothing happens and they don't receive a pop up. You also don't receive a notification about needing supplies.
